Out of hours Emergency Support

Northmode operate an ‘out of hours’ service for our managed properties so that in the event of an emergency residents are always able to contact someone.

Please note: You should only contact our ‘out of hours’ service in a genuine emergency. Contractors charge extremely high rates for out of hours work, therefore if the call out is deemed not to have been necessary or warranted then you may be liable for the call out charge.

Out of hours – any time outside the hours of 9am-5.30pm, Mon – Fri.

Please note that this service is available for emergencies only. If you are a leaseholder and have an emergency within your leasehold flat, you will need to appoint your own contractor.

• If you have a fire or any other serious emergency which is a threat to life or property, call 999 immediately
• If you can smell gas, call 0800 111 999 immediately
• If you have a power cut or other electrical supply problem, call 0800 072 7282
