Northmode provides start to completion services for projects all accross the Northwest. This includes a full range of design, planning and build solutions including project management.

How it works...

1. Capturing your vision

We’ll discover exactly what you want when it comes to themes, colours, features, layouts and functionality. Bring all of your ideas to the table and we’ll make sure they’re taken on board.

At this stage, we also conduct feasibility studies to ensure that your property, your budget and any relevant planning laws can fulfil your requirements.
2. Design

We will begin producing concept designs working closely with you to develop ideas into a final set of plans for the build phase.

You can also take the reins in hand-picking materials, fixtures, and fittings, guided by our expert insights.

Your input is invaluable during this stage — we welcome all your thoughts and feedback, ensuring a collaborative process, making as many revisions as required until you’re delighted with the final plans.
3. Planning

We can provide full planning support and advice. We will create the plans and submit the paperwork to your local council authority for planning permission approval.

If you wish to avoid the need for planning we can talk you through alternative development options.
4. Start Build & Project Management

Our design and build service includes full project management eliminating the stress for our clients. You can now relax and look forward to the result as the build teams begin construction under the instructions of your project manager, organising every aspect of the build, including on-site teams, tradespeople, equipment and materials. Additionally, your dedicated project manager will be on hand to guide you through the process.
5. Finish on schedule

Then, only when you’re delighted with every aspect, you can sign it off and enjoy.
All delivered on-time, on-budget and defect-free.
