Preparing the Claim
Our team will conduct a thorough review of all governing documents to compile an official claim demonstrating eligibility for the RTM. We ensure strict adherence to procedures, proper completion of required forms, and timely service of notices to relevant stakeholders.

Serving Notice
Once the claim is finalised, we promptly notify all qualifying owners, the property owner, and other interested parties of the intent to assume property management responsibilities.
